Terms and Conditions for Rewa Plant Delivery

Welcome to Rewa Plant Delivery, an initiative by the Forest Department of Maharashtra dedicated to promoting afforestation and environmental conservation. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Rewa Plant Delivery application and the services provided through it. By using Rewa Plant Delivery, you agree to abide by these terms.

1. General Terms

• Acceptance of Terms: By accessing or using Rewa Plant Delivery, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.
• Use of the App: You must be at least 18 years old or have the legal capacity to enter into agreements to use Rewa Plant Delivery. By using the app, you represent that you meet these requirements.

2. Services Offered

• Plant Orders: Rewa Plant Delivery allows users to browse, select, and order a variety of native plant species available from local nurseries managed by the Forest Department of Maharashtra.
• Delivery: We facilitate the delivery of plants to the specified delivery address provided during the order process. Delivery times may vary depending on availability and location.

3. Ordering and Payment

• Ordering: By placing an order through Rewa Plant Delivery, you agree to provide accurate and complete information about yourself, including your contact details and delivery address.
• Payment: Payments for orders can be made using the payment methods available on the app. All transactions are processed securely. Rewa Plant Delivery reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in certain cases, such as inaccuracies in product or pricing information.

4. Refund and Cancellation

• Refund Policy: Our Refund Policy governs the terms under which refunds are provided for plant orders. Please refer to the Refund Policy section of the app for detailed information.
• Order Cancellation: You may cancel an order before it has been dispatched for delivery. Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be canceled, and our standard refund policy will apply.

5. User Responsibilities

• Accuracy of Information: You are responsible for providing accurate and updated information when using Rewa Plant Delivery, including during registration and order placement.
• Plant Care: Upon receiving plants, you are responsible for their proper care and maintenance. Rewa Plant Delivery provides general guidelines for plant care but does not guarantee the survival of plants after delivery due to factors beyond our control.

6. Intellectual Property

• Ownership: All content, including text, graphics, logos, and images, provided through Rewa Plant Delivery is the property of the Forest Department of Maharashtra or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
• Use Restrictions: You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content from Rewa Plant Delivery without explicit permission from the Forest Department of Maharashtra.

7. Privacy

• Data Collection: We collect and use personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. By using Rewa Plant Delivery, you consent to the collection and use of your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Disclaimer: Rewa Plant Delivery is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of information provided through the app.
• Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Forest Department of Maharashtra shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of Rewa Plant Delivery.

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions

• Modification: We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the app. Your continued use of Rewa Plant Delivery after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions.

10. Governing Law

• Jurisdiction: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Maharashtra, India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Madhya Pradesh.
